Lin_F9

Lin_F9 is a linear empirical scoring function for protein-ligand docking

For the CASF_2016 benchmark test set, Lin_F9 achieves the top scoring power among all 34 classical scoring functions for both original crystal poses and locally optimized poses with Pearson's correlation coefficient (R) of 0.680 and 0.687, respectively. Compared with Autodock Vina, Lin_F9 achieves significantly better scoring and ranking performances for real docking tests (including end-to-end flexible docking using computer-generated ligand conformers and an ensemble of protein receptor structures). Meanwhile, Lin_F9 achieves better scoring performance for metalloprotein-ligand complex.
